Customer Satisfaction and Returns
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. We hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, however in the unlikely event that you wish to return goods for exchange or a refund, please e-mail us at info@beautifulgiftshop.co.uk, and we will issue you with an authorisation number.
All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order and must be in their original condition, with tags attached and the original packaging.
From time to time free gifts may be offered when an order is over a specified level. If items from that order are subsequently returned for refund and this results in the order value falling below the aforementioned specified level, the free gift will be charged for against any refunds. This will not be applicable if the free gift is returned with refunds unused and unopened.
