Delivery

All orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt and subject to stock availability are despatched within 2 working days.  This is the case with most products however we do say allow 10-14 days for delivery.

Back orders

If your item is out of stock, where possible, we will back order for you and contact you by e-mail.  Should you not wish to wait for your item, you may,  if you wish either choose an alternative item, or within 7 days, notify us and we will issue a full refund to you.

UK Delivery

UK standard delivery is variable depending on the value of your order.  Should your order have to be split due to back orders or delays, there will be no additional charges.

Deliveries outside UK postal area

At the moment the checkout is only set up for deliveries within the UK.  For costs of delivery outside the UK, please contact us
